Our sales policy is designed to ensure you feel confident in your purchase and to comply with the Australian Consumer Law. By placing an order or making a purchase at Wintons Teak, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Wintons teak Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Prices, Payment and GST

All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include the Goods and Services Tax (GST). We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal, ensuring a smooth transaction process for our customers.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

Wintons Teak reserves the right to adjust prices for products displayed at any time without notice and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 

Product Information

We strive to ensure that all products on our website are accurately described, relying on information from our trusted suppliers. Despite our best efforts, discrepancies may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, including after an order has been placed. 

Please note that variations in handmade or natural products are expected and celebrated as unique characteristics.

We endeavour to ensure that all colours are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. The shade of colour from screen to screen is not a fault or error.

Conditions for Redemption of Promotions Vouchers

We occasionally offer promotional vouchers for use on our site, subject to specific terms and conditions. These vouchers are time-limited, cannot be combined with other offers, and are non-refundable if the purchase value is less than the voucher's worth.

Individual brands may be excluded from voucher promotions.

The credit of a promotional voucher does not accrue interest nor does it have a cash value.

If the credit of a promotional voucher is insufficient for the order you wish to make, you may make up the difference through payment by other means (but not by using another promotional voucher or attempting to rely on any other offer). Please note that only one promotional voucher can be used per order.

Promotional vouchers are applied to invoices as a whole. Accordingly, in circumstances where multiple products are purchased using a gift voucher, and one or more items are returned, the discount is applied on a pro rata basis to each item for the purpose of establishing refund values.

Order Acceptance and Confirmations 

Orders require a valid payment method and account registration. We reserve the right at any time to refuse, cancel or limit order quantity at our discretion. If Wintons Teak cancels an order after you have already been billed, Wintons Teak will refund the billed amount.

Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Wintons Teak’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order.

You must pay for the product in full when placing an order by one of the payment methods we provide on the website. In any event, we shall not be bound to accept the order before we have received the funds in full.

We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) services for online purchases.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the product from us will be correct, that the credit or debit card, or account or other payment methods which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product.

Shipping and Delivery

We provide detailed shipping and delivery information on our website. Delivery charges and times may vary based on location and product size. We are committed to delivering your premium furniture with care and efficiency.

Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

You can return or exchange products within 14 days (restocking and repacking fees may apply), provided the items are in original condition and packaging. We are unable to provide cancellations, returns, refunds or exchange for items sold under “Floor Stock Sale”, “Clearance”, “Bespoke” or “Custom” items.
