- A-Grade Teak Outdoor Products: 5 year limited timber and structural warranty (excluding metal frames, sling seats, and synthetic rattan).
- Stainless Steel Frames: 5 year limited warranty (excluding tea staining in coastal environments).
- Aluminium Frames: 3 year limited warranty.
- Synthetic Rattan Outdoor Products: 3 year limited warranty.
- Outdoor Sling: 2 year limited warranty.
Please note: No warranty is provided for Foam and Fabric.
