The start to your bespoke furniture is an in-store consultation where you would discuss size, colour or functionality requirements with one of our designers. In our showroom, you will be able to see and feel the various design and finish options that you may wish to use for your bespoke piece.
In the consultation process, you are able to discuss any design restrictions and finish/colour palettes you may wish to have with our designer. It is also advisable to have some ideas on size, functionality and design direction when attending the in-store consultation. From this consultation stage, you will obtain a price estimate or quotes along with some sketches of your bespoke furniture piece.

Once we obtain quote approval and design approval based on the initial sketch, we can then organise a site visit for measure-to-fit, assess access and check on possible design restrictions. Through this process, we are able to provide a detailed design and fit-out plan, as well as fix the colour and finish options.

Once a deposit has been made for the order, a detailed technical/shop drawing will be provided for your approval. Following your approval, we will then commence the production of your bespoke furniture, which also signifies the production lead time as advised. All you need to do is to sit back and wait for the installation stage.
Once your furniture is on its way to our warehouse, we would book a delivery and installation date. Wintons Teak uses our trusted team to install your furniture, which means that we provide a start-to-finish solution for your convenience.
